This fruit spread is made from fruit and fruit juice without using sugar, allowing you to enjoy the natural sweetness and deliciousness of fruit.

I used red apples with a sweet and crunchy texture and green apples with a refreshing sour taste and aroma. A well-balanced combination of two colors of apples creates a refreshing taste. Each bottle uses approximately 0.5 apples. (Converted to 298g per piece) Recommended for yogurt and bread.

[About the two apples] 1. Red Apple: Fuji, This red apple is characterized by its crunchy texture and sweet taste. Enjoy the texture and rich sweetness of the large-cut fruit. 2. Green Apple: Granny Smith, This green apple is characterized by its refreshing acidity and aroma. Enjoy the refreshing flavor of coarsely grated pulp. The Aohata Whole Fruit Series uses the "Fine Fruity Manufacturing Method Plus" to enhance the fresh fruit feel. This was achieved by combining three technologies. 1. Reduced amount of heating: Reduces heating and reduces damage to fruit. Delivers fresh fruit, bright color, and aroma. 2. Reduced oxygen concentration: Reduces oxygen in the container as much as possible, suppresses flavor deterioration due to oxidation, and preserves bright color and fragrance for a long time. 3. Restore scent: We restore the "refreshing" and "fruity" scent that evaporated along with the water during the manufacturing process, bringing it closer to the original fruit scent that is similar to raw fruit. In addition, we have introduced a line that reduces the crushing of the pulp, creating a fresh fruit feel.
